  • Founder of Growth Hair Studio, Blends Hair Pro, and The Last Bead Method ™

    I have never believed that “it’s just hair.”

    This industry has shown me endless possibilities! While my ultimate goal behind the chair has always been longevity, integrity, and of course growth, I believe your hair is a huge part of what gives you confidence and makes you feel empowered.

    With growth comes evolution, and my space in this industry has expanded beyond just working behind the chair. Merging with The Sanctuaire and LP Artistry will allow me the ability to do all the things I love! I also enjoy helping other stylists level up, not only in their installs, but in their business.

    My mission is to create a safe space for both clients and stylists who want to grow, elevate their mindset, and achieve their goals.

    Growth was created to be more than a salon. It’s a brand built on community, education, support, and creating a deeper kind of confidence from the inside out.

    Outside of the salon, my wonderful husband and I are raising three beautiful kids and running our MMA academy, Wolf Den, where you’ll find me in a cute athletic set and a Celsius glued to my hand.

  • Hi, I’m Kalee!

    I’ve always had a passion for hair, beauty, and fashion. My favorite part of this industry is getting to connect with new people and helping my clients feel confident and beautiful when they leave my chair.

    I love creating soft, dimensional color, layered haircuts, and rich red tones. I am Keratherapy certified and currently expanding my education into extensions on The Last Bead Method™ to offer even more advanced services with Growth Hair Studio.

    Being raised around a family business taught me the importance of hard work, consistency, and taking care of people- which is something I bring into every appointment!

    I am the owner of Reflections Spa & Beauty and a dual-licensed Massage Therapist and Cosmetologist with a passion for helping my clients feel both relaxed and confident. With years of hands-on experience in massage therapy, skincare, and beauty services, I specialize in therapeutic massage, customized facials, and Japanese head spa treatments.

    My approach blends clinical knowledge with a calming, intentional touch to create treatments that are both results-driven and restorative. I believe self-care is essential, not indulgent. Every service I provide is designed to reduce stress, support overall wellness, and help my clients leave feeling refreshed inside and out.

    I am excited to continue serving the Orange community and look forward to welcoming both new and returning clients into a professional, peaceful environment focused on wellness and beauty!

    FOUNDER OF SANCTUAIRE MED SPA & SALON

    Licensed esthetician, phlebotomist, and certified cosmetic injector with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. Creating a safe, intentional experience for every single client has always been my top priority.

    Outside of my offices in Orange and Houston, I also work in compliance and consulting, helping other providers build safe and successful practices. Next to real results, education and ethics are at the core of my work, both inside and outside of the treatment room.

  • Lacey Powell

    LEAD STYLIST & OPERATOR

    After 20 years behind the chair, I have proudly decided to join forces with my baby brother and my longtime friend/ fellow baddie- Madison Alaniz at The Sanctuaire MedSpa & Salon.

    I specialize in luxury hair extensions, bridal hair and makeup, and high-end glam designed to help you feel confident, polished, and completely yourself. I’ve done advanced training in the Last Bead Method® for extensions. I am known for building real relationships with my clients while delivering beautiful results in a fun, relaxed environment.

  • Ashlyn Mitchell

    LIVED IN COLOR & EXTENSION SPECIALIST

    Ashlyn knew from a very young age that she was meant to be in the beauty industry. Helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin has always been her passion.

    With 10 years specializing in lived-in color, she has dedicated herself to continuous learning, growth, and expanding her skill set to provide the best experience possible for her clients. Over the past few years, she developed a strong passion for extension installation. After experiencing damage from improper installs herself, she was determined to create a method that prioritizes scalp health and protects fine, fragile hair. She has since developed a technique designed to minimize damage and promote healthy, beautiful results.

  • Laykin Pass

    LICENSED NAIL TECHNICIAN, ARTIST, & AUTHOR

    California born but Texas raised, I have been a long-time resident of Orange, Texas. My favorite town escapes are wandering through the Gardens of Shangri La, Skating at the Orc, and dining at The Guad. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, indulging in true crime, writing poetry, and being a part of nature.

    Fascinated with all things art, I am here to serve my hometown, and surrounding areas, unique and luxurious nail sets that are made to last.
    Alongside my career, I have published two titles, “Why Are You So Sad, Little Moon?”, a children’s book, and “Bloom Again”, a poetry collection focused on healing through trauma and grief. But while my heart lies in my creativity, my soul remains ignited through each and every client interaction.

    Connection is important to me and it simply fuels my creativity.

    OWNER OF SKHN BEAUTY

    Stephanie brings over 5 years of laser hair removal experience to our team.

    In Texas, there are four levels of certification for laser technicians — and Stephanie holds the highest level: Licensed Laser Professional!

    Along with laser services, Stephanie also offers amazing custom spray tans — just in time to get you glowing for summer!
